• Arrived in the current universe briefly before New Season 1 started due to reality warping shenanigans and immediately acted as if he had always been there

Appearance/Design

• Resembles a mix of each commissioner before him; wears a collared shirt and his mask on his head like Three, has red shoes and is around the same height as Four, and gets most of his remaining traits from Five. Notably, he lacks any changes that occurred to Five in his lifetime, such as his pink eyes.
